Oh, such a humble guy our dear Jensen Huang is, he can’t even bear it to talk about how his company’s share price doubled in a single year. It really must be excruciatingly unbearable, the pain of sitting on such a mountains of cash. Truly, a prophet of modesty. <\/p>\n
Though, let’s zip past the poor little rich dude’s larger-than-life problems, and take a look at the tremendous transformation Nvidia has undergone over the years. From a simple company producing graphics processors for PC gamers to a technological behemoth whose products now serve as the backbone for machine learning and AI. Some majorly impressive stuff here; serving geeks playing Fortnite and providing corporations with the tools necessary to simulate human thinking – waxing in versatility, aren’t we?<\/p>\n
And let’s not forget Nvidia’s sweeping advancements in autonomous vehicles. Huang pretty much equates autonomous vehicle technology to the invention of electricity or the internet, which might sound over-the-top to some. Well, of course, why not? When you sell hardware and software to companies building autonomous cars, you’d be singing praises all day about its technological wonder.<\/p>\n
Adapting to change and diving into emerging markets is how Nvidia grew from being a graphics chip company to becoming a corporation worth $250 billion. Hear that change-refusing businesses? Everything Huang touches seems to turn into gold. Not too shabby for a guy who doesn’t like to talk about his “monster” success. <\/p>\n
And now he’s eyeing datacenters, promising to revolutionize and bring to us a whole new ‘computational unit’. Now that’s something we would love to see. Huang’s promise does leave you wondering whether it’s coming out of genuine innovation or just another sales pitch. But hey, it’s Nvidia’s world and we’re just living in it. <\/p>\n
Well played, Jensen, well played. It’s hard not to be impressed. Pulling off such major feats while remaining so incredibly humble. The world definitely needs more CEOs who can’t bear to talk about their thousand folds successes. Is there anything this guy can\u2019t do\u2026 except, of course, allow him to be congratulated?
