This veritable guts of the matter is that U.S Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) tipped a small fortune into the pockets of Palantir Technologies, a company known for its hardcore specialization in data-mining.<\/p>\n
Emerging from this lucrative exchange was a brainchild called Investigative Case Management (ICM). Now, does that sound cold and ominous? Well, it should.
